Partner Clinic Terms & Conditions

These Partner Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between DentalHub ("Platform") and all participating dental clinics, chambers, and licensed dental professionals ("Partner"). By joining the DentalHub network, the Partner agrees to comply with the following terms.
1. Commission & Booking Tracking
Commission Structure
The Partner agrees to pay DentalHub the commission rate specified in the individual partnership agreement (typically between 25% and 50%) for every patient successfully referred through the DentalHub platform who receives consultation or treatment.
Appointment Verification
The Partner agrees to accurately update the status of all appointments booked through DentalHub and report whether patients attended, cancelled, or completed treatment within the agreed reporting period.
2. Fair Pricing & Patient Protection
Fee Parity
The Partner guarantees that patients referred through DentalHub will be charged the same consultation and treatment fees as walk-in or directly booked patients. Increasing prices to offset referral commissions is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal from the DentalHub platform.
Quality of Care
The Partner agrees to provide professional dental services that comply with applicable laws, ethical standards, and accepted clinical guidelines. All treatments remain the sole responsibility of the attending licensed dental professional.
3. Audit & Reporting Integrity
Good Faith Reporting
The Partner shall accurately report all completed appointments and treatments originating from DentalHub. Intentionally underreporting appointments, concealing patient visits, or encouraging patients to bypass the platform in order to avoid commission payments constitutes a material breach of the partnership agreement.
Account Reconciliation
DentalHub reserves the right to verify appointment records through booking logs, patient confirmations, and internal reconciliation processes. Any verified discrepancies may result in commission recovery, temporary account suspension, or termination of the partnership.
4. Compliance with Laws & Professional Standards
The Partner is solely responsible for maintaining all required licenses, registrations, and professional certifications necessary to operate legally within their jurisdiction. The Partner agrees to comply with all applicable healthcare regulations, professional codes of conduct, and patient confidentiality requirements.
5. Marketing & Platform Services
DentalHub operates as a digital marketing, patient acquisition, and appointment management platform. The commission or service fee paid by the Partner represents compensation for marketing, technology, and booking services provided by DentalHub and is not a sharing of medical consultation or treatment fees.
6. Regulatory Compliance
Both DentalHub and its Partners agree to conduct their business in accordance with applicable healthcare regulations, including relevant guidance issued by the Bangladesh Medical & Dental Council (BMDC) or other competent regulatory authorities. Nothing in this agreement shall be interpreted as creating an employer-employee relationship or transferring responsibility for medical care from the Partner to DentalHub.
7. Suspension & Termination
DentalHub reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Partner account that:
- Provides false or misleading appointment reports.
- Fails to honor confirmed patient appointments.
- Inflates treatment prices for DentalHub patients.
- Violates applicable laws or professional ethical standards.
- Fails to fulfill agreed commission obligations.
8. Changes to These Terms
DentalHub may update these Partner Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued participation in the platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
